All quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Prices are fixed in writing unless the scope of work changes on site, in which case any change is agreed with you before work continues.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm they are entitled to authorise the work. We check for Tree Preservation Orders and Conservation Area status before starting non-exempt work.
The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the site and to keep people, pets and vehicles clear of the working area during the job.
Payment is due on completion of the work by bank transfer or cash unless otherwise agreed in writing.
J&D Forestry holds public liability insurance. A copy of the certificate is available on request.
You may cancel a booked job at any time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed start may incur a small call-out charge for diary loss.
