Over 15m, restricted access, near buildings or power lines. May need rigging or a MEWP.
Stump grinding

Single stump, ground out 10–20cm below soil level. Larger stumps and multi-stump jobs priced on site.
Crown reduction / shaping

Per tree, depending on size and species. Includes all arisings removed.
Hedge cutting

Per visit. Domestic hedges typically £150–£300; large commercial hedges priced by length.

What changes the price
Why two trees can cost very different amounts.

- Access — front, side gate, rear garden, parking
- Proximity to buildings, fences, sheds, power lines
- Whether the tree has a TPO or is in a conservation area
- How the waste is disposed of (chipped, logged, hauled away)
- Time of year — autumn/winter is usually quieter and slightly cheaper
